• Must be 23 years of age
• Must have 2 years recent experience
• No DOT preventable accidents involving fatalities, injuries, towed vehicles in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past year, and no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI or DWI violations in the last 3 years - reviewed
• No felony convictions in the last 5 years - reviewed case by case
